Azzy and I had decided to visit a few churches 2 Decembers ago but we never actually did it, partly because we forgot about it in the midst of busy schedules and simply not thinking too much of it. perhaps.
Anyway, so today we decided to head down to The Rock at Suntec where they have this really nice and spiffy looking auditorium right next to the Eng Wah Cinemas at the top floor, housing the New Creation Church. WAH. The queues were so scary!!! But since we're first time visitors, Azzy and I managed to get in without much fuss. Seems like quite an achievement to cut in front of so many people who must have been queuing there way before the service started at 5pm.
It was an eye opener... and God's presence was there too though it took me a while to acquaint myself with their culture. Not the usual thing I'd see when I visit even other churches. It's a very different church, this one is.
My favourite part of this visitation was not just hearing what they have to say and experiencing a revelation, but also sitting down and having a good long chat about the service experience and everything with Azzy. It's nice how we have so much to say about things we care about.
We saw this place called the Love Hut. Azzy ordered 'Jolly Rice' and I had 'Silky Tofu Mushroom rice set meal'. After one bite, we realised why it's called Love Hut.
It tastes like its made with love! So healthy! They have brown rice but it tastes well with me.
I had this Rose Milk Tea and look at the decorations! They have rose petals (and the rose bud) on top of the frothy cream. Smells very nice and therapeutic. hehe. Yummy too. =)

Think I'm inspired and interested to see what other churches are up to and will be planning to visit them when I have time on sundays. =)
One thing's for sure: God is Everywhere.
