Spent the latter half of the week catching up with friends, both mine and Jo's, and it was a great time. Didn't take photos with jo's friends, but they were highly interesting. haha. And then justin was here! he was just 10mins drive away from jo's place, and since we haven't met in like years... ok 1-2 yrs? here's catching up just like the good old days. =) here's him playing with a Starwars light saber...
He brought us to William's, this shabby shack where students like to hang out. It's so expensive, but the food is just excellent. tsktsk.. with no overheads in a place like this, i felt like i was eating next to a jungle, or at pulau ubin. Technically, we were eating next to a drain. haha.

check out my beef nasi goreng. It's covered with slices of beef (there were slices underneath the rice as well) and ham. so yummy-licious! very. and the portions are big too. Even I, the relatively big eater, cannot finish it. See the place? So anyhow.. haha. my first time seeing such a 'restaurant'. Not sure if it's legal though.

Then the day uncle wong made me cry. On the last night there, jo's dad had a surprise for us. He drove us to SS2 after our dinner to this place. It was a thai stall. *Note: MANGO GLUTINOUS RICE on the menu! Wah... After our 2nd day there, we ate at a Thai village at The Summit in Selangor, I had my best mango rice in years! It was just the way I had imagined it to be, the sight, the smell, the taste... I gushed over it to aunty. haha. and she leaked the secret to uncle. How not to be touched? Aunty at first thought I cried cos the stall was closed. hahaha. It really, really is the thought that counts the most. =) Thank you, Wongs!

More pictures taken at Jo's! =)
With our Bear-friends!
Bear #1: Ben, and Bear #2: JerryIsn't it great to have Bear-friends? The bears and their girlfriends. haha. =b
I also grew a liking for pugs. haha. This is Emma the pug. =)

of course, one of my favourite times were sitting before the piano with jo and making music and sing song. =) eventually i took up the guitar and tried to keep up. haha. makes me want to practice more. =)

Aww...
the bliss of friendship and company
the bliss of lovely bears. They are just so cute. =)
The bliss of having a lovely holiday.
The bliss of being blessed. =)
