Getting away with it

When a kid treats his friends often, he doesn't know the value of money.
When a grown up treats his friends often, he's generous and probably has more than enough.

When a kid doesn't share his things, he's selfish.
When a grown up doesn't share his things, he's protective.

When a kid screams and throws a tantrum, he's a spoilt brat.
When a grown up screams and kicks up a fuss, he's burdened.

When a kid is depressed, it is probably a trivial phase. It'll be over soon.
When a grown up is depressed, a crisis has happened. May God help him.

When a kid doesn't get what he wants, it's because it's for his own good.
When a grown up doesn't get what he wants, it's because nobody wanted to give it to him. Or he didn't earn it.

When a kid cheats, he's bad.
When a grown up cheats, he's thinking out of the box.

When a kid spends too much time on the computer, he's ill-disciplined.
When a grown up spends too much time on the computer, he's working.
