21 -> 22

OH wow. It's my Birthday!

Such a sudden thing to happen in the middle of a busy time. Haha.. not that I don't want it to come. Just that I don't know how to celebrate it.
I didn't really celebrate my birthday the way I'd like to last year. It happened in the middle of an intensive filming season. But I still had wonderful surprises. =) even now, I don't know whether to stay and support the girls on the animation side, or to have fun with them. Deadlines sure can confuse.

But anyway, I had pleasant surprises from various people, and I'm very thankful that I'm still remembered! =) it's just so sweet that people do all these little things for you... although coming all the way to school to give you a present isn't so little... =))

Had dinner with my family and we watched Horton, an animated movie. Wow.. good animation. I actually cried at one part of the show... can't believe it. maybe it's just me. haha. It's a show nostalgic of the books I've read as a little child. All those Dr Seuss' books. I'm just happy I have my family to spend it with today. haven't seen them often since I've been sleeping on school floors. haha.

So, I'm 22 as of now.
Was just thinking that perhaps, the number 22 suits me more than 21 does. Although 21 sounds younger and more energetic. haha... 22 reminds me of my own name...
Well, at this time of each year, it's always a reminder of how you've spent your past age. I hope that my 21st year have been meaningful!
At least, I feel, some loose ends had been met after, like, 9-10yrs? A year of revelation perhaps.

This semester, I've been a lot happier. I hope there's more to come as it nears the end. =)
