101st post for 21st birthday.

And so I have turned 21.

I took me a while to get it in, but i guess even until now i'm not sure i'm 21 yet... haha

It's the most memorable birthday I've ever had. Nice for a milestone in RongRong's history of significant moments.

On friday I went to cell as usual. I was so stressed! I couldn't even relax until i had my icecream with yuqing.. and then the stressed energy got converted into getting high. haha.. the other cell came over to my place. I thought that they wanted to hitch a ride from clement or sth back to the west ( alot of them were the west-side ppl), but i obviously wasn't thinking straight cos pam, cat and nigel stay in serangoon... ( like now i know). So touched okay... they came all the way over to celebrate my birthday cos I can't make it for service on saturday or sunday. My cell even went through my wishlist and got me presents! Very touched. I immediately used the pouch the next day. very pretty~ Thank you cell!

Went back to school that friday night. Felice was directing and I was her DP. Outdoor forest shoot. stress. Then... it started to rain. pour. thunderstorm. We had tons of equipment k, like tons. I hear things like "Now I know why they call it 'backbreaking work'" and "i've never done so much sai gang...". We spent the next 3 hours moving our equipment out from the rain across rocky slopes and muddy fields to the van and bus stop. Then we had to dry them and all. BUT... IT WAS SO FUN! haha... the most fun shoot so far. and tiring man.

Saturday night. 12am. I fell asleep unexpectedly at around 11.20pm cos i was just totally bushed. I even played soccer with raymond, felice, danny n SQ after our shoot.. which was crazy. so tired already still torture ourselves like that. but fun. hee. Felice 'wanted' to discuss my script, so i passed it to her, then i konked out immediately. so much for trying to keep me awake. haha.. Next thing i knew, when i opened my eyes, i saw all these PEOPLE sitting in front of my bed staring at me! ahhHHHHhhh!!! The film ppl (ellen jit jh danny sq n caroline n raymond) decided to crash into my hallroom to celebrate my birthday! so nice!!! apparently they've been knocking on my door for the longest time so hard that even the neighbours came out to see what was going on. i was supposed to open the door but well, obviously i was deep in lala land to hear them. (i woke up when the lights came on though...) To think i had told those directing to sleep early...they're so good to me. sigh.
Boo and Ying came by too! I think they were also surprised to see so many ppl on the floor.. haha. I love the Swiss army knife! =D

And so I slept at 2.30am, only to report for shoot at 6am Sunday morning. had to wake up at 5 for teck's shoot. got to know an ex-trinitarian who was one of his actresses. surprising. and both very goodlooking people. It was also Amanda's baptism day! YAY~ (now we have the same bday!) when we were packing up, my group surprised me with a cake!Chocolate cheese cake from nydc! wow~ The funniest cake celebration ever. We sat outside and i made ONE cut of the cake on an ice box, before realising that we still have a lot of packing up to do. So we decided to keep the cake back into the box and stuffed it into a locker until after we finished (which was 9pm)at least the cake didn't melt. hee.and it was really good! i'm so touched, cos my group member bought cheese cake even though i know she can't eat cheese... (well, she ate it anyways. haha)

Talk about 2 surprises at very odd moments. So memorable. Never expected my friends to do so much also. They were all so busy! Sad that I couldn't spend it with my family like I always had. but i'll postpone it and celebrate it with my brother instead.. coming up soon! =)

Thank you all of you who made it so memorable for me. It's a very beautiful birthday even though I spent it in school. I'm so happy I feel so loved. =)
